Texture is the physical attribute that contributes mouthfeel , flavor release and overall product appeal. In order to make the product appealing to consumers, it is important to maintain texture throughout it’s shelf life. Sensarom’s range of emulsifiers and provide enhancing properties that help retain that texture and flavor release. It is crucial to also maintain quality parameters and shelf life within the boundaries of the packaging and environment.

All our Texture solutions are dairy-free and vegan and vegetable fat, gluten-free blends, extracted from plant based natural sources. They are free from preservatives.

Ice Cream Stabiliser:

A functional blend to be used in ice cream manufactured with dairy fat and milk based. It provides aeration, creaminess, smooth texture and melt resistance to the ice creams. Also prevents formation of ice crystals during storage and shelf life in frozen conditions. 

Premium Ice Cream Stabiliser

Indulge yourself with our premium quality stabiliser specifically designed for high fat (10-14 % fat) ice creams. They provide higher melt resistance, perfect creamy silky texture, no ice crystals and rich lasting mouthfeel and flavour release to the ice creams. It is similar to the Italian Fior di latte base for high fat ice creams. 

Frozen Dessert Stabiliser

A functional blend to be used in frozen dessert/ ice cream manufactured with any vegetable fat and no milk added and/or some milk added. It provides aeration, creaminess, smooth texture and melt resistance to the ice creams. Also prevents formation of ice crystals during storage and shelf life in frozen conditions.
 
The frozen dessert can be made completely vegan and dairy free by not adding any milk and only vegetable based fat and vegan milk. 

Ice Candy Stabiliser:

Savour Ice candies and lollies with fresh juice/ pulp/ fruit crushes added and enjoy with refreshing flavors/ fruits. 
Our stabilizer improves juicy thick mouthfeel with controlled flavor, color and juice release and uniform ice crystals size. Also helps to control freeze and heat shock stability and setting of the ice candies in the molds. 

Kulfi Stabiliser:

A popular delicacy and creamy-licious dessert in Indian culture using rich vibrant ethnic flavors and served on a stick. 
Our stabilizer provides enhanced creaminess, thick texture, optimized ice crystals formation, melting and flavor release. 

Sorbet Stabiliser:

Refresh yourself with a lighter and dairy-free alternative dessert to ice cream, made with fruit juice/puree or fruit crushes. The taste can be quiet tart and sour and is less aerated texture. It is often served between courses to cleanse the palate or as a dessert. 
 
This stabiliser provides mouthfeel, prevents large ice crystals formation, heat stability and provides controlled flavour and color release during consumption. 

Gelato Stabiliser Base:

Elevate your gelato making with our premium offering stabilizer for creating dense, creamy and indulgent textured gelato. It is similar to the Italian Panna base for making gelato.

We are Commonly asked: What is the difference between Ice cream and Gelato?

Gelato is typically made with more milk and less cream compared to ice cream and is churned slowly with lesser over run. Therefore, gelato has a more dense, smooth texture and intense flavor packed into it. 
 
While ice cream is churned faster, incorporating more air for a lighter, fluffier texture and sets at a lower temperature than gelato. Generally speaking, gelato has lower fat content than ice cream.

Jelly/ Jam/ Fruit Filling or Compote Stabiliser:

Create delicious recipes with fresh or preserved fruits in a variety of preparations for home use or industrial kitchens. Fruit or water based dessert jelly, jam, marmalades, fruit compotes, fillings and variegates can be prepared using our pectin stabilizer. Increases shelf life, prevents water syneresis and provides viscosity. 

Juice Stabiliser:

Fresh juices and packaged juices can be prepared with extended shelf life, using our stabilizer which increase thickness, taste and long-lasting fresh flavor release. It can be made visually attractive by including pulp, chia seeds and fruit inclusion pieces for the mouthfeel and texture.
