Baking Powder (double acting)

  • Pack size: 500 grams pouches 
  • Double-acting strength and gas releasing power is ideal for all your baking needs and cooking applications such as breads, buns, pizza base, dry mixes, breader & batters, idli & dosa batters etc. 

Custard Powder

  • Pack size: 1 kg pouches
  • Premium quality flavoured custard powder for versatile applications such as custard pie, caramel custard, crème brulee, flan, pudding etc.
  • Alternate usage: It can also be piped into fillings for profiteroles, tarts, danish pastries, panettones, creme puffs etc. It can be set or frozen in a mould as pudding, flan etc or set as inserts into cake layers.

Cake Improver Gel

  • Pack size: 500 g
  • Blend of emulsifiers activated to a jelly like paste, used in cakes to improve volume, impart soft texture, moistness and homogenous pore size during baking. 
  • Used in cakes, sponge cakes/rolls, doughnuts, brownies, Choco lava production. It maintains freshness of the cakes for longer time. 

Glaze Gels

  • Pack size: 1Kg, 2.5 Kg pails 
  • Premium ready-to-use glaze that improves shelf life when applied on the surface of cakes, pastries, desserts etc, by acting as a barrier and prevents moisture loss.
  • Application: It imparts glossy appearance and spreads well when applied using pastry knife.
  • The flavoured variants impart fruity flavour, aroma and color as well. There are 5 different flavoured- Pineapple, Strawberry, Chocolate, Blueberry and Orange. 

Bread Improvers

  • Pack size: 500 grams pouches
  • To improve the quality and palatability of all types of breads, baguette, panini, bagels, focaccia, sourdough, buns, pizza dough, rotis/ naans etc.
  • Application studies have shown that it increases bread volume, enhances crust color, softness and even texture of the products while baking.  

Fruit Fillings 50%

  • Premium quality fruit compotes are crafted with 50% whole fruits, used mainly in bakery and dessert applications such as toppings, inserts or fillings in cakes, muffins, pastries, tarts, cheesecakes, entremets, pies etc.
  • Ready to use as toppings or layered inside and mixed with butter creams/ non dairy whip toppings
  • Bake stable and can be used at cold/ room temperatures also
  • Freeze thaw stable 
  • Strawberry, Blueberry, Pineapple, Mango, Dark Cherry, Apricot, Blackcurrant and Raspberry available in 1 kg packs. 

Waffle Premix

  • Pack size: 1 kg pouches
  • This premix can be used to make waffles or waffle cones with a waffle making machine by preparing the batter by mixing with cold water to different consistency. 
  • This product is vegetarian, lactose free, preservative free and free from synthetic additives.
  • User can add different colors or flavors to customize the products.
