It can be used as a substitute for ice cream in shakes and beverages to impart a similar creamy thick texture and taste. Along with it you can customize your drinks by using any flavoured syrup, crush, sauce to suit your taste.
Softy Ice Cream Premixes
- Pack size: 1 kg pouches
- This is a dairy based ready-to-use, soft serve ice cream mix which contains flavours, stabilisers blend, sugar etc.
- Flavours: Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Butterscotch
- It is easy to prepare, churn and dispense in a softy machine and produces a smooth, aerated and light creamy texture with no ice crystals.
- Premium variants of Vanilla and Dark Chocolate- contains higher fat and protein content for a more rich, creamier texture and more intense flavour.
- Alternate use: They can be used to prepare milk shakes or thick shakes by adding ice cubes and using a high speed blender, or even just adding cold milk/water and mixing it.
Frozen Yoghurt Premix
- Pack size: 1 kg pouches
- This is a premium dairy based premix that contains yogurt solids, milk solids, stabilisers etc for preparing frozen yoghurt. It is free from preservatives and artificial ingredients.
- Upon end usage, the frozen yoghurt softy will contain 30-100 million cfu depending on the standard serving size.
- This is nearly 30-100 times more than regular curds which contains only 1 million cfu.
- It is prepared using the same machine as Softy ice cream.
Hot Chocolate Mix
- Pack size: 1 kg pouches
- It is made using premium grade dark cocoa powder, natural flavours and is free from preservatives and artificial ingredients. Can be made with alternate sweeteners as well. It has a smooth, velvety texture and rich cocoa taste and aroma.
- Alternate Use: It can also be used to make hot mocha, frappuccino or cold chocolate thick shakes, cold frappes and other cocoa based beverages. It is free from synthetic colors, flavours and preservatives.
Fruit Crushes
- Fruit crushes contain real fruit purees/ pulp and added flavours for preparation of milkshakes, juices to add fruity taste. Also used in desserts, cakes and ice creams as toppings.
- Crushes are also used for making ice candies/ lollies and sorbet to add fruit content, flavour and color to the ice candy or sorbet. Think of a refreshing Orange flavoured popsicle which can be made using our Orange crush!
- Variants: Strawberry, Mango, Orange, Blueberry, Guava, Litchi, Pineapple, Dark Cherry in 6 kg containers.
Fruit Preparations/ Variegates 50%
- Premium quality fruit preparations with 50% whole fruits carefully selected on grounds of their origin, taste and quality.
- They are used in dairy applications such as ice creams, frozen dessert, gelato, softy, yoghurts, smoothies and desserts as toppings or layered as swirls inside the ice cream. It can also be used in cakes, mousse, pies etc.
- Variants: Strawberry, Blueberry, Pineapple, Mango, Dark Cherry, Apricot, Blackcurrant and Raspberry available in 1 kg packs.
Dairy Whip Topping/ Whipping Cream Powder
- Pack size: 1 kg pouches
- A dry mix containing dehydrated cream, milk proteins, sugars etc.
- It is prepared in a planetary mixer or canister by whipping with ice cold water. It yields a light textured whipped cream which pipes well and is freeze thaw stable.
- Ideal for decoration of cakes, pastries, topping for desserts, milkshakes, frappes, mocktails etc.
Other Blends (customised)
- Sugar free Base- Natural zero-calorie sweetener blend for dairy/beverage/ice cream/ bakery applications to replace 100% sugar. It is easy to dissolve in any type of product base and is to be mixed in the dough or liquid mixture during preparation.
- High Protein Base-
- Milk/ whey protein sources for all types of applications where it can be dissolved.
- Vegetarian/ Vegan options with soy and pea sources available on request.
